This is a great, non-permanent solution to an island!! It appears to be mostly if not entirely solid wood. It's very sturdy. I was able to build it entirely by myself.

This thing is great. We have two big dogs who sleep in our bedroom. And depending on the time of year, heat settings, etc the room can have a dog smell. This purifier has helped keep the room smelling fresh.
